I barely leave reviews but had to leave one here! The music and seating was so cozy but the real stars are the owners. So friendly and kind. And wow the tea was so delicious! I got the grapefruit lychee fruit tea with brown sugar boba and grass jelly. The boba was so soft!!

A cozy private owned boba shop with a variety of drink options. Tried Haicha High Mountain tea (cold) and Haicha milk tea with boba (cold). Both tea tastes flagrant and sweet even though there was no sugar added! The shop owner is very friendly. He doesn’t push for you to try anything additional. I saw the sesame snack and had to ask and buy some. Not too sweet! Would definitely come back to get the same drinks and more.

The owner was very kind and he was very helpful with it being my first time here he helped me pick a drink and it was the haicha milk tea and it was amazing! It’s a small spot with a very nice atmosphere i will be returning again with friends or for a date if i can lol. And yes you can tap to pay on the side of the card swiper i was worried when i realized i didn’t have my card but the owner guided me to the paying port despite making a drink as well!! Very hardworking and this friendliness is something i strive for!

One of the most delicious boba I've ever had! We came all the way from San Diego and was definitely worth the drive!! We were able to adjust the sweetness which is perfect for people who don't like too much sugar. The drinks were so fresh as well as the boba! The place looks small from outside but once you enter it's such a cozy place! They even have snacks and little crocheted flowers and plushies. The owner was super nice and friendly!!

HaiCha Tea is located at 12 Harkness Avenue Pasadena, California 91106. It is located a few steps north of Colorado Boulevard. This business is worth the short walk from Pasadena City College. This is a small cozy respite away from the problems of the day. The atmosphere, the delicious herbal teas, smoothies, and friendly service are appreciated by all of its patrons. I was happy to discover HaiCha Tea when I was looking for another location in the area. I looked up its reviews and was amazed at the number of perfect reviews. Quite an achievement for a place that has been in business for a number of years. Clearly this business knows how to take care of its people through great family Taiwanese recipes and old fashioned good service. I was greeted with a warm welcome as I entered the business. After ascending three steps, I entered a small room with a calm atmosphere. With calming music playing and the sound of running water I felt like I was in a meditation room. After talking with the gentleman about the menu, I decided to try the cold Strawberry Herbal Tea. After a short time he graciously brought over my order. He was eager to see if my Strawberry Tea was to my liking…it was
